Shall I find a lesser light
that spreads upon my window sill
That travels fast and far

A lamp flamboroyant
Yet semi-dark
Upon a snowy park

Slanting towards rocky hills
And to a place, home to most
But distant from my heart

A distant bell, trembling
Sends it’s message song out
Yet lacks the light within.

And Shall I find it here, now
A brighter light by far
To light my path again?
